Tired of having to be online to change the look of Internet Explorer Toolbar? Now you don't have to. With IE Toolbar you can change the look as often as you like without needing to go online. This very simple installation creates the ability to change the look simply by clicking on the wallpaper icon at the top of IE and choosing your favorite toolbar. No other toolbars or unwanted additions are added.
